Frozen Peanut Butter Cup Recipe
I may be biased, but I honestly love these 4-ingredient peanut butter cups more than any of the store bought options. I got this recipe from my friend years ago and it has become a staple when I need a little something sweet. This year, I had the idea to use this heart shaped silicone mold to make them for Valentine’s Day and they turned out so cute! Download a printable version of my recipe HERE.
Frozen Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 - 3 oz. block cream cheese, softened
½ cup chunky peanut butter
To garnish: chocolate curls, crushed peanuts, chocolate sauce (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
In a large bowl, at low speed, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream until smooth. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners. Spoon mixture evenly into cups. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with your preference (I like crushed peanuts and chocolate sauce) and enjoy!
